ONLINE STORE SALES TERMS

 

The owner of the online store www.amarastudio.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is AmaraStudio OÜ (registration code 17219151), located at Vanakuu 5-1, Tallinn (the location of the rental studio is different from the registered location of the company).

 

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The studio can be rented through our website www.amarastudio.ee, payment is made in the online environment. If for some reason the client does not have the opportunity to pay and/or book online, this can be done by contacting the owner of the website. 

​

The studio can be rented for three hours or the whole night at the times indicated on the website.

 

In exceptional cases, it is possible to rent the studio for 24 hours (for this, you must contact the owner of the website using the contact details indicated on the website). 

​

Studio rental prices are indicated in euros.

 

Information about the purchased service is provided on the website directly next to the service.

​

By purchasing the service, the buyer confirms that he has read the terms and conditions of sale of the online store and the studio's rules and is at least 18 years old.

Ordering

​

To rent the studio, you must add the selected rental period to the shopping cart, fill in the required fields and pay securely using the following payment methods: 

​

- Google pay

- Apple pay

- Visa/Mastercard card payments (enter card details)

- Cash payment (exceptional circumstances)

- Payment based on the invoice sent​

 

Payments are processed by Wix.com Ltd and Stripe, Inc. Payments are made outside the Website in a secure environment. The Agreement shall enter into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Website Owner (Amarastudio OÜ) in the account of the Website Owner.

The Website Owner is the data processor and transfers the personal data necessary for the processing of payments to authorized processors (Wix.com Ltd and Stripe, Inc).

​

If the studio cannot be rented at the booked time for certain reasons, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days. If possible, we will book the studio for another date and time that is convenient for the client.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded on the Website within 5 days. The prerequisite for this is that the service has not yet been used. To withdraw, you must contact AmaraStudio OÜ. 

​

AmaraStudio OÜ is responsible for any non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the sold service (studio rental) or any defect that already existed at the time of the studio transfer. 

​

The buyer has the right to contact Amarastudio OÜ within two months of the defect occurring by sending an e-mail to amarastudioestonia@gmail.com or calling 53 93 5655. 

​

AmaraStudio OÜ is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the studio has been transferred to the lessee. 

​

AmaraStudio OÜ will respond to the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days. 

​

AmaraStudio OÜ uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and protect the company's assets. 

 

AmaraStudio OÜ will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the Website and has indicated their desire to receive newsletters.

The buyer may at any time opt out of offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail by notifying us of this by e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the e-mail containing the offers.

 

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Website or the service, they should be sent by e-mail to amarastudioestonia@gmail.com or by phone at 53 93 5655

If the buyer and the seller (AmaraStudio OÜ) are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The procedural terms and conditions can be viewed and a statement submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Website. The review of the buyer's complaint by the Commission is free of charge.

The buyer may contact the European Union's consumer dispute resolution platform.
