Studio rules
The person renting AmaraStudio (hereinafter the renter) agrees to these rules when paying for and using the service.
Persons renting the studio must be at least 18 years old.
We consider the client who paid for the service and the person(s) using the studio with them to be a tenant.
The person who paid for the service is responsible for intentional causing of property damage.
The service offered by AmaraStudio OÜ is the rental of a BDSM style studio located in the Old Town of Tallinn. The studio is equipped with BDSM furniture and accessories. The studio is divided into two play areas and a relaxation area. The studio has accommodation and washing facilities. The studio's contents can be viewed in the gallery (we will update the gallery as soon as the studio is ready).
1. Use of inventory: the person renting the studio (hereinafter the lessee) must treat the studio's inventory and equipment with care. In the event of any damage, loss or misappropriation of any property of AmaraStudio OÜ, the lessee (here the person who paid for the service) is responsible for all related costs.
2. Liability: The renter is responsible for ensuring that no property or premises are intentionally damaged in the studio.
3. Prohibited substances: The use of narcotics in the studio premises is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is permitted, but in reasonable quantities.
4. Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted outdoors in the immediate vicinity of the studio.
5. Music: The volume of music should be reasonable and not disturb the neighbors.
6. Consent: All activities in the studio must be done with mutual consent. We assume that both partners have given their consent to the activities when using the studio. We recommend using a ``safe word`` (a made-up code word that will end the entire activity).
7. Filming and photography: Filming and photography are prohibited in the studio to protect the privacy of all participants (including AmaraStudio OÜ). We regularly check for the presence of audio and video recordings.
8. Safety: Renters must take safety into account when using the studio equipment. Causing mental or physical harm to one/more parties is not permitted, except at the request of the participant, which does not cause direct harm to him/her. The renter/renters who have caused the damage are responsible for causing health damage.
9. All persons using the premises of AmaraStudio OÜ are considered tenants.
10. Parking: Parking in front of the building is paid 24/7. We recommend coming on foot or using a taxi. We will try to provide parking for customers in the near future, but for now, paid parking should be considered.
11. Illegal activities: The studio owner is not responsible for illegal activities or non-compliance with safety in the studio premises. Tenants must comply with all laws and resulting prohibitions and the safety rules set out in point 8.
12. Disinfection: Before each visit, all accessories and surfaces are disinfected by the studio owner. Studio accessories are intended for external use only. Invasive accessories must be available to the tenant themselves.
13. Entry: Entry to the premises is done with a unique door code, which is given to the tenant after payment for the service. Entry with the code is possible from the moment of renting the premises at the appropriate time.
14. Play areas: The studio has two play areas and a lounge with washing facilities, TV, Bluetooth speaker, sofa and coffee table.
15. Acceptance of terms and conditions: The tenant agrees to all of the above terms and conditions before using and renting the studio.
